Terms and Conditions

We provide a booking service for securing reservations at the Pokémon Café in Tokyo and Osaka. Please note that our service fee covers the facilitation of the booking process only and does not include food or beverages at the café. By booking a table with our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

No guarantee of reservation

While we strive to secure your preferred date and time, we cannot guarantee that the reservation will be successful. If we are unable to secure a booking, you will receive a full refund for the service fee, no exceptions. If you need more details about this, feel free to contact us at your convenience.

Non-cancellation policy

Once your booking request has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified by the customer. Please review your reservation details carefully before confirming your booking. Only in the case that we cannot secure a reservation will you receive a full refund, as stated in this section.

No refunds for customer errors or changes

If incorrect information is provided, such as wrong dates or times, we cannot amend or modify the reservation after it is submitted. No refund will be provided for customer errors. Ensure that all details are accurate before submission. This, in that once we receive a payment, we immediately begin the work of booking.

Responsibility for attendance

Customers are responsible for attending the booked reservation. If you are unable to attend, or if you arrive late and the booking is canceled by the café, we will not be held responsible, and no refund will be provided. Try to arrive at least 20 minutes before your reservation time.

Service fee for booking

The fee paid is solely for our booking service and does not include any costs related to food, beverages, or any other expenses incurred at the Pokémon Café. This fee is non-refundable once a booking request is successfully processed. This is the basis of our Pokemon Cafe reservation service.

100% refund if unable to reserve

In the event that we are unable to secure a reservation, we will provide a full refund of the service fee. However, if the reservation is secured and the customer is unable to attend for any reason, no refund will be issued. Keep this in mind when you decide to book with us.
